Shipping, Delivery & Installation
How delivery and installation requirements are reviewed for custom metal work.
Delivery is reviewed with the quotation
Coverage, method and charges depend on the size, weight, finish, destination and handling needs of the approved piece. No universal shipping or installation coverage is promised on this website.
Before quotation
Please share the delivery city or PIN code, site type, access restrictions and whether the item is intended for a wall, floor, garden or free-standing placement.
Packaging and receipt
Custom pieces are prepared for the agreed delivery method. On receipt, inspect the package and item before installation. Photograph visible damage, retain packaging where practical and contact IRA Studio using the process stated in the order communication.
Installation
Installation is included only when expressly stated in the quotation. Electrical work, civil work, structural assessment, scaffolding, lifting equipment, local permissions and concealed services are excluded unless specifically listed.
Customer readiness
The customer must provide correct measurements, safe access, a suitable mounting surface and any required site approvals. If access or site conditions differ from the information supplied, additional work or charges may be required.
