Custom quotation
Website examples are catalogue inspiration. A project begins only after IRA Studio reviews the requirement and issues a quotation. Pricing depends on the approved design, size, finish, quantity, delivery location and any installation requirement.
Quotation validity and payment
The quotation will state its validity period, payment stages and applicable taxes or delivery charges. Production begins only after the required design approval and advance payment stated in the quotation.
Design approval
The customer is responsible for checking measurements, spelling, names, logo details, orientation, colour direction and mounting information before approval. Changes requested after approval may affect price and schedule.
Customer-supplied artwork
The customer confirms that they have permission to use any supplied logo, artwork, photograph or design reference. IRA Studio may decline content that appears unlawful, unsafe or unsuitable to reproduce.
Handmade and custom variation
Minor visual variation can occur in custom-made work and finishes. Such natural variation is not automatically a defect. Material and finish expectations should be confirmed in the quotation.
Cancellation and refunds
Because custom work is made for a specific requirement, cancellation and refund treatment depends on the stage reached and costs already committed. The applicable treatment will be stated or confirmed with the quotation before payment.
Measurements and site access
The customer is responsible for providing correct measurements and relevant site conditions unless a separate measurement service is agreed. Safe access, permissions, structural suitability and clear installation space remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included.
Damage reporting
Visible transit damage or missing items should be documented promptly with photographs before installation or use. The quotation or dispatch communication will state the reporting process applicable to the order.
These terms are a plain-language business draft and are not professional legal advice. Order-specific quotation terms take priority where they differ.
Live keychain preview and payment
The on-screen keychain preview is an approximation. Photograph contrast, crop, text, spelling, finish, quantity and shipping details must be checked before payment. A keychain order is treated as paid only after the configured payment gateway verifies the transaction.
